If you wait until you can do everything for everybody, instead of something for somebody, you'll end up not doing nothing for nobody. ~ Malcom Bane

"Project K.I.N.D provides a valuable service to the young under-served population of our region. My staff and I really enjoyed helping those young patients. I am honored to be part of this program."

Provider Network

This outstanding service which started with a handful of physicians now has a growing network of volunteer providers, including pediatricians, family physicians, dentists, optometrists, and mobile lice technicians. Project K.I.N.D. (Kids in Need of Doctors) stands as a highly successful organization, annually delivering services valued at several hundred thousand dollars.

All coordination is done through the Project K.I.N.D. office. Participating providers do not receive calls directly from the schools or parents.
The program, in collaboration with the provider’s office staff, tracks the In-Kind charitable contribution and a summary is provided every year directly to the provider for tax purposes.
Project K.I.N.D. is an easy and convenient way to manage a provider’s margin of generosity. A participation form is provided which allows the healthcare professionals select the amount of care they wish to donate for the children. Providers decide and preset what their individual margin or generosity looks like and can modify it at any time.
